Russian troops plan to blockade Kharkiv and take control of Izyum. This was reported in the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the General Staff, the Russian troops are regrouping and resuming combat readiness on the captured lines. Also, the occupiers replenish stocks of ammunition and fuel and lubricants in order to block Kharkov and capture Izyum.
"In the Slobozhansky direction, the enemy is holding positions with a certain composition of forces in the areas of the settlements of Severodonetsk, Svatovo, Kupyansk, Bolshaya Pisarevka, Moskovsky Bobryak, Lebedin," the General Staff said.
